On February 28, in the series of activities of Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023, Barcelona, Spain, Vietnam Mobile Telecom Services One Member Limited Liability Company (MobiFone) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) had a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement under the witness of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Chairman of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) and the delegations of CMSC.

During the visit to Singapore, the delegation of the Commission for Management of the State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) led by Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Canh paid a visit and worked with Sembcorp Industries on December 22.

Mr. Ho Sy Hung, Vice Chairman of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) had a meeting with the delegation of Mitsui & Co. Vietnam Ltd. led by General Director Hiromitsu Narukama on December 26th. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Department of Energy and Office of the CMSC.

On August 12, Mr. Ho Sy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) had a meeting with the delegation of the South Korea's SK Group led by Mr. Koh Jong Hwan, Chief Representative of SK Group in Vietnam.

On July 19th a half-day kick-off meeting to support energy SOEs in Vietnam in building a net-zero roadmap was organized in Hanoi by the Energy Transition Partnership (ETP), in cooperation with the Commission for Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC). The event received the participation of key energy SOEs in Vietnam, such as Vietnam Electricity (EVN), Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin), and representatives from various international and local entities.
